There are no unpleasant surprises or hidden charges with us. Our pricing is completely transparent: during our initial phone consultation, we will ask for the details (from where to where, vehicle type, and the nature of the problem) and provide a fixed quote in advance. This fee includes the call-out, professional loading, transport, and unloading. You will pay exactly the amount we agreed upon over the phone.
Yes! We understand that when a vehicle is stranded on the roadside, the safety of the driver and passengers is the top priority. Our tow truck features a comfortable, air-conditioned cabin with the capacity to safely transport up to 2 passengers alongside the vehicle. Please make sure to inform us during the initial phone call how many people will be traveling with the tow truck!
